Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Period: You can initiate a return or exchange within 7-10 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
  • Unstitched Articles: Once an unstitched article has been stitched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Conditions for Return: Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • Items with stains, body odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted.
    • Product tags must remain intact.

Refund Policy

  • Partial Refund: Zafeena will retain 20% of the order amount as a restocking and handling fee.
    • Example: If the product cost is ₨10,000, the refunded amount will be ₨8,000.
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a bank transfer or store credit after deducting 20% of the total amount.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Goods purchased on sale or under promotions are not eligible for refunds, unless the items are defective or damaged.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective items.

Defective or Damaged Items

For items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, Zafeena offers a full refund after the items are returned and inspected. Shipping charges for such items will also be refunded.
