Cancellation by Zafeena

  • Orders may be canceled by Zafeena before dispatch due to stock unavailability 
  • In such cases, customers will be informed, and any payments made will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Order Modifications:
    • Customers can request to cancel, change the size, or edit billing and shipping details of their order within 2 days of placement.

After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this stage, our exchange and return policy will apply.
